Overlooking the colourful garden, yet with direct access to the house, the patio is an ideal space for relaxing, working in the open, or dining in company during warm evenings. The spacious table comfortably accommodates six people, while the bench allows to rest and appreciate the surrounding tranquility.

The living area
The living room, warm and cosy, will welcome you with all the comforts, including two sofas, TV and W-fi.
The spacious and bright dining room hosts a big table for six and a piano, for a convivial meal with a touch of style.
The kitchen is endowed with all the
necessary appliances: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and espresso machine.
Finally, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a washbasin, a drying rack, an ironing board, and iron.
The sleeping area
The cosy and romantic double bedroom is designed to give maximum comfort, relaxation and tranquility. Spacious and bright, it has a small living room with a double sofa-bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the garden.
The double room, comfortable and quiet, will give you a little touch of the past.
Two other bathrooms complete the sleeping area.
